[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Wired Boradband Connection[protected] | |||
Broadband line was down since 27th August & I logged a complaint on 2nd September (#CNM [protected]). Post this there was no any response from Reliance customer services team till end September 2014.Hence I logged second complaint on 6th Oct 2014 #[protected] asking for waiver & asked to disconnect the services if they are unable to resolve the issue. On 10th October I got a mail from Reliance about termination of broadband line. When tried to reach to customer care, I was unable to connect to the customer care representative for hrs post repeat calls. Now my line is dis connected & I had no any confirmation on waiver request. Neither I got any call from customer retention team nor from customer care team to understand my issue.
