[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Wired Internet not available | |||
My subscriber number is[protected]. I have registered 2 complaints but no action has been taken yet. 1. The internet connection is down from 01-Oct. I have raised a complaint on 02-Oct. I connected multiple times with customer care and got the information that the server is down and technician is looking into it. Today is 06-Oct and I still do not have the connection. I tried connecting to customer care and I was listening to your recorded message for 30 mins. Shouldn't you attend a customer who is waiting for 30 mins? Shouldn't your system alert to call centre person to take the call as the customer is waiting for 30 mins. You can check how long the customer with mobile no [protected] had been waiting and the call started at 12.33 PM. The internet is down for 5 days. Isn't it your duty to get the thing rectified and provide proper service to the customer? Why should I pay 785.40 per month for such pathetic service ? I need a waiver for the days that net is not available. For e.g I get a monthly bill of 785.40 and as of 6-Oct, I have not got internet connection for past 5 days. So per day rate 785.40/30 = 26.18. For 5 days it is 130.9. So as of today I should be waived off Rs 130.9 in the next billing cycle. 2. I have made a payment of Rs 785.40 on Sep-30. The payment is still awaiting authorization from your side. I have given the reference number as part of the second complaint. Today I received a call regarding the bill and I informed them the same and gave the authorization code. How long will this take to authorize as it is already 6 days and it is still not done from your side? Request you to provide better customer service.
