My name is Dr Vinayak Magar and my wired internet user id is[protected] . I have been using your internet from the last 6 months and every month, I get the same problem. from friday my reliance broadband internet is not working. I made a payment of Rs1200 on friday evening. I called ur customer care on friday they told me that your internet will start working in 2 hour. then on sat morning I lodged a complain and in the evening when I called for the status, I got to know that my complain was auto closed, even though my internet was not working. I again lodged a complain on sat evening and your customer care executive told me that within 24 hour my complain will get resolved but as of now its more than 24 hour and it has not been resolved. I called your customer care in morning, to get the status of my Complain and your customer care people told me that in 2 hours your internet will start working and in the afternoon, I again get assurance that in 3 hours your internet will start working. please let me know the exact status of complain. as I have been mislead by your fake promises and customer care service only try to hang up the phone by making fake promises. I have no idea, now this is my last option and I am sending you an email.i hope this will work, otherwise I have to close my connection and complain against you under trai and consumer care . Please don't mislead consumers.
