Mr. Vinay called me for a loan 200000 and taking amount processing fee 4999 and reliance insurance fee 20000 against loan
On account RJT Services branch of Mumbai account and not giving me loan his no or Whatsapp message are call recording. I will share with you.Not given any loan and no response from mail. It is loan scams already I saw multiple complains on your portal. Can you help me and please help to return my money

Sir/Madam,

I 'Riya Joyshee Bara' want to bring to your notice that i applied for the service of personal loan through site. RELIANCE CAPITAL called me up and i took there services and i applied for the personal loan of amount 100000 rupees after the verification of the documents they asked for the insurance charges of rupees 5000 and then after through which they were releasing my amount from the bank CITI BANK they asked charge for sactioning the loan of rupees 9500 and then after there was some issue in the transaction in my saving bank account later on I fixed it.But now they are not recieving my phone calls and the loan amount is not yet recieved.

They provided me the number for query [protected] and [protected]. The Bank number [protected].

Kindly help me out as i took this loan for health issue at my home. Kindly reply me as soon as possible. I am attaching the transaction details in this mail.

(b) Mr Satender Yadav (Insurance) on mob No [protected] intimated me that your loan has been sanctioned vide sanction letter file No UTI/MGL/57/845 (Details of loan mentioned in sanction letter (Copy attached) dt but you will have to pay Insurance cover Benefit for Rs 60, 000/- in favour of RJT Account No[protected] vide GAURABH COMMUNICATION Rashid No 12534 dated 25 Aug 2018 for personal of loan Rs 6, 00, 000/- (Rupees Six lacs only) (Refundable amount within 3 days after the loan amount disbursed in your account within 24 hours after process has been completed)(online receipt attached) as per instructions given in on line massage that personal loan will be credited in your Account within 24 hours after processing has been completed and I transferred Rs 60, 000/- through Money transfer/on line transfer in account No given above.

(c) After 3 days I received a call from Mr Ramchandra Dattatraya Shende (Cashier) Mob [protected] he told to transfer Rs 90, 000/- (Rupees ninety thousand) (15% Commission) in my personal account (Mr Ramchandra Dattatraya Shende Axis Bank Indapur Maharastra Account No [protected] IFSC Corde UTIB0000135) and when I will receive your transferred money than I will credited of your loan amount in your account. In this regards audio clip is also available in my mob and will be forwarded to you if required.
(d) On 25 Aug 18 I, was received a call from Mr Ramchandra Dattatraya Shende (Cashier) on mob [protected] and he demanded Rs 90, 000/- (Rupees ninety thousand) to be deposited in his personal Account Axis Bank Indapur Maharastra Account No [protected] IFSC Corde UTIB0000135 after that he told me, I will credit loan amount in your account. I was on a conf call with Mr Satender Yadav (Insurance) and Mr Ramchandra Dattatraya Shende (Cashier) durint the entire conversation, recording of the audio is available with me and may be fwd to you if required.

3. In this regard the following documents is fwd herewith for your necessary action please:-

(e) Reliance Capital Loan approval No RCPL/0003857 dated 06 Aug 2018 and Sanction letter file No UTI/MGL/57/845

(f) Gaurabh Communication Rashid No 12421 dated 11 Aug 2018 for Rs 9, 699/-.

(g) Gaurabh Communication Rashid No 12534 dated 25 Aug 2018 for Rs 60, 00, 000/-

(h) Insurance form.

5. My father had applied for personal loan of 2 lacs in reliance capital one of the employee told to 13, 190/- for some policy and again she asked for 23, 000/- by saying that it's compulsory to get the loan and we paid it and after paying we will transfer in 10 mins but today it's beyond 24 hours and she is neither receiving call nor she is responding

Recently i have applied for a loan, but anyhow even after getting sanction, we did not reach to a certain point.

If i talk about why this happened, it is purely based on the miscommunication caused from your end, they did not told me about full details regarding loan deposits and loan outcomes.

If i would knew this will happen i would have never been in touch with this company.

Initially, you tell about the advantages only, but not supposed to tell what others have to pay, on last day you are asking me to submit 50, 000/- if i would have that much amount, why would i applied for a loan.

Instead of giving me any benefits you have fooled me by taking service charge, kindly credit it back to my account without even taking it to another level.

Sub.- compalint regarding loan against my policy.

I am writing down here a complete story. I received a call in mounth of jan 2018, we are calling from reliance capital (Shweta tiwari) we are giving you a 2 lakh rupees loan with zero percent interest against a policy name hdfc life assure classic plus, in this policy i need to pay 2 lakh in 7 years and it will mature after 10 years and we will mortgage this against your loan, i aggred. (As she said).
I purchased this policy and i received the ducumnets also. All is going well.
Now i am asking about the loan amount. She said it will take time areound 15-20 days. But after this there is no result she said you have to a pay an refundable amount for sanction this loan because of state changes. I belongs to delhi and loan amount will transfer from mumbai branch. I denied for this.
It's going on and on.. After approx 3 months i received a call again we are calling from reliance capital and we are giving you a loan by govind singh and he told me about the same, so some where i trust it. And he is asking a amount of rs 21500 (To clear the dependency o last agent) for transaction in favour of vision india or rit (Return income tax) he shared the details of both account.
I will attach below the same.
I made a transaction in account of vision india of amount 21500/ by imps on date 17 april 2018 (Screen shot attached below) on the same day rohit tiwari from account or loan dept called me and asking about a gst amount on total (200000+21500) ie 18 % of this amount and it equals to 39700rs. And it's also a refundable amount with my loan. I made it through neft on account on same day 17 april 2018. He promise me once it will reflect we will transfer the whole amount in your account.
Next day on 18 april 2018.. One more issue occurred rohit made a conference call to some priya khandelwal (Loan and finance dept) she said there is an final form (Tptc). And i have to pay 26990rs (In evening time) i have to made this transaction on same day otherwise my file has been closed or cancel and also said if there is any issue occurred in your laon amount then we will return you the 88190 rs (Which one i have paid to them). And it's also a refundable amount. I aggred i made this transaction on 18 april 2018. Rohit confirmed me about this. And said in next morning you will get your complete amount.
Next morning i called to rohit and he connect the call with priya khandelwal. Andd now the twist start she said you have to pay rs 75000/ more to remove the agent name and we will transfer the amount in next 30 mins. Or if i do not pay this amount so i am in a big lose. I will get my 20% amount which i have transferred. Now i denied. Now i need time for this transaction. Today rohit called me and said if i do not pay this my file has been cancelled today by 4 pm.
And i will get 60% of the amount of 88190rs.
Apart from this 50% amount of which i will receive (Amount after cancellation) it will automatically credit in my last agent account. (Shweta tiwari).
Finally he said sorry you will get only 18000rs in your account. I said for this please confirm me on my email. He denied and disconnect the call.

So now i would like to request you kindly look in this matter. My humble request you to make an enquiry on this b. Hope a positive response. I want my money back (88190) apart from my policy amount (Rs28571).

We would like to inform you that certain people are offering personal loans on behalf of Reliance Capital against insurance policies. These people offer loans from Reliance Capital and in order to avail the loan, customers are cajoled/persuaded to buy insurance policies of Bharti Axa Life Insurance / HDFC Life Insurance. We also have been victims to this fraudulent practice recently and ended up spending substantial amount of money.

Once the policies are bought, these unscrupulous people try to extract more money by different means and the loans are never given. It appears that this is an organised racket which involves insurance brokers, insurance agents, insurance company employees and possibly Reliance Capital employees. They also have a very good network running in Delhi and the National Capital Region.

Based on the information gathered, we have initiated proceedings and would like to involve Reliance Capital also to bring these people to book.

We would appreciate a proper response from your organisation to help us proceed.

The same thing happened with me but i got suspicious i had done the formalities for the second policy. They told me that the cheque is cleared but i didn't received any msg from my bank regarding clearing i went to bharti axa office found my cheque lying there i immediately cancelled the policy and took my cheque.

But regarding the first policy that is from hdfc life i request to cancle the policy but they are hearing the request even i have send them recording.

These agents sell the policy at fake commitment.

I also request to please look into the matter
