[Resolved] Reliance CDMA — can not solve my problem | |
Dear Sir, Rs.299 pack was continued on my reliance cdma mobile number [protected] from 19/11/2013 to 18/12/2013. But, I discussed with reliance cdma customercare and recharged Rs.197 pack on 16/12/2013. From which I got 1500 R2R local minutes & 500 R2other Local minutes. That day, My R2other local minutes is 530 (500minutes from Rs197 pack & 30 minutes from Rs299 pack), from which I spent 96 minutes. Rest 434 R2other local minutes was wrongly lapsed on 16/12/2013, which validity date is 12/01/2014. Because, Rs.197 pack validity is 28 days. My R2R local minutes is now available, but R2other local minutes was lapsed, Then I lodged a complain in 198customer care, they said, they couldn't solve this problem. They escalate the call to his concerned authority & they said problem will be solved within 48 hours. But today they said, They couldn't help on this matter. So, Kindly refund my 434 R2other local minutes & main balance amount, which is deduct from my main balance account due to this problem. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.
