Reliance CDMA — My CDMA set Is not being activated

Arif my address detail is written below S/o Yusul ali. 51 dari kalan, Chepa kala, barkagaon, Hazaribagh, Jharkhand 825311 i have purchased with this document dates[protected] from ramgarh and i have submitted 4-5 times this document to activated but by HARS Reliance ageny owner it is being said again and again that address is not matched so we cant activate it. and i came to know taht this no. is mention by Sanina Arjhi How its possible I Have Proof To Purchased This No. I have Also POI And POA Of Md.
