[Resolved] Reliance Comminictions — Mobile Number suspended | |||
Dear sir i have a reliance prepaid mobile connection. the number is [protected]. the validity date of the last recharge is 02/11/2015. I have recharge Rs 10 dated 02/11/2015 (with in the validity period ), accordingly my mobile no validity should extend for next one month, but the company has suspended my mobile number. i tolk to customer care but produce no results Was this information helpful? | |||

I am also the user RCOM and face such issue so many times but i was able to get resolved the issue every time not because of RCOM customer but just because of way of follow up.
