[Resolved] Reliance Comminictions — Pro3 data card billing issue | |||
Sir/ Madam I purchased a pro3 datacard. It claimed to provide upto 14.7 mbps but the speed i recieved is 40 kbps that is not even 1% they promised. I raised a complaint several time speed issue and finally called the customer care to deactivate the service due speed issue, customer executive said we have raised the complaint and it will be deactivated soon and i cleared all payment till date(till August). I stopped using it and switched to other network. After 2 months(on November) i received a call from the lady to pay the reliance outstanding bill of Rs 1765 or else the legal action will be taken.
