We reliance customer care said me and my brother that you get Gb data on[protected] but when we connect net net not comnnect mean data notr received / ...
when we talk customer care he / she tell us that you get and we are sending setting but we cant connect
for regarding you cant call my Brother Mr. Jitender Sipani on[protected]
2nd[protected] Issued solve but Monthly Charges 541 where rent should be 500 and company again sent us bill excess without any reminder
Hope you will look into mater and company in future not do any mistek
I am saying it all because its my favour ate company other wise i have not time for communicate with company ( Reliance ) there is so many companies in market

Wrong Balance Charged
Yesterday ( 27.11.14 ) I Talk on[protected] at 06-30 Pm from My No. [protected] and Deduct balance from my Account around 2.00 Than for clarification i called on 198 at 06-57 Pm and talked with Mr. Prabhat
1st he told me that balance deduct wrongly because i have recharged rooming plan for Rs. 55.00
and after checking carefully he said me that balance deduct is write because i called in home location
Whether i am not in Delhi from 04-08-14 to till date Mean i am Regular in Rooming from 04-08-14
I can’t understand the company policy
Looking that company think I am Fool
You are kind request check my Account and clear the matter
As I all ready mailed you many times in previous I faced problem
Even i am happy to talk with Mr. Prabhat like him communication power

My Data Card No is [protected] Rsn No. Rztcd[protected] when I Plug in Laptop it shown Network but after a few minutes network shown 0. I plug out again and again, remove software and reinstall but problem is same. Called in customer care not benefit. The customer care Executive suggest me once plug in another computer if i face problem the same Thant mean there is problem in dongle and i should go at service centre. Now I am plug in another Pc ( 28.11.14 at 10.45 Am ) but same problem
Dear Departments i want know solution I think there is problem in dongle I want ask you a Question that should i go at service centres or can exchange from reliance web world or can i courier it please for exchange .
Finally I want ask a q to you if the problem will continue should i go another company please????
