Reliance Communicatio — Deduction of money

I want to complaint against Reliance communication they deducted 79 rupees from my mobile balance on 15th march on complaining they said there was some technical problem so they could not tell the reason so kindly call after sometime on repeated calling for 2-3 days they told the same reason and after 3 days they said they do not had any data because every 3 all data get automatically deleted. i also mail them but they did not replied so I want to my money back and some strict action should be taken so that they got a lesson.
