Reliance Communication — Generating Bill for the Data Card Which has been surrendered | |||
Dear Sir, Ihave exchanged a Reliance Net Connect [protected] for a Reliance Pro ([protected]) in the month of september. I have surrendered the Net connect+ to the representative. Now the company is generating bill for both the data card, I have sent lot of mails regarding this but no proper response and also I have met a person Named Mr.Manoj (Legal Incharge) in Reliance Head office in Nungambakkam and explained the situation but still there is no proper response. He gave me his contact no 3035 2626 to contact him after 2 days, but it is of no use he is not attending the call. I am constantly geting calls to pay the bill. I am not sure what is the action they are taking on the person who has received my data card. Was this information helpful? | |||
