Reliance Communication Kochi — Internet Down for a Week. No Resolution. No Response from the Service Team. | |||
My Broadband Internet is down for a week now. Filed a complaint with Reliance Customer care. The case was closed two days later, without providing any resolution. No one even bothered to check what the issue was, A new case was filed. Resolution within 24 hrs is promised as always, but so far nothing has been done. More than the issue not being addressed, what is more disappointing is that no one even cared to check on what the issue is, Please forward this complaint to the concerned authorities so that my issue is addressed at the earliest.
