[Resolved] Reliance Communication Limited. — Automatically added vas services and deducted all balance. | |||
Sir, I have reliance mobile pre-paid connection. Every time when i recharge my mobile the vas service automatically applied and clear my all balance. After communication by email company stop vas service but not refund my balance and after 2-3 day again vas applied. I have too much mail list about this communication with reliance communication limited. Every time they replied my as following answer by email :- As per the details checked and verified, your account has been correctly charged for r world charges in last 24 hours of your e-mail. Further, we are unable to provide waiver for last 15 days deduction. Kindly note that the waiver cannot be posted as you don't contacted customer care within 24 hours of deduction, hence we are unable to process your waiver request for deduction. Kindly note that, we have escalated your issue regarding to stop activation of vas to our concern department for appropriate action. To unsubscribe value added services, sms "stop" to 121 (Toll free) or dial 155223 (Toll free). It will be deactivated within 4 hours. Further, if you have any concern kindly write us within 24 hours from the date of deduction. We would appreciate your patience and co-operation in this regard. Was this information helpful? | |||
