Reliance Communication Ltd — balance deducted continuously from last 20 days | |||
sir, I am fed up with reliance services. Reliance is a chindi chor company, worst to worst service. From last 20 days my reliance no.[protected], balances has been deducted n drop to rs.0. again i recharged then very next day without use it becomes rs.0. again & again it happen. from last 20 days i can't do call or cant use gprs service which are recharged the pack of gprs but approx full month i cant use gprs because of balance nil...when i call to reliance customer care executives only one reply from customer executives i got from last 20 days that "there is server down or no detail is available now please call after 1 hr i cant do anything"..so from last 20 days server is down so what the hell they all are doing there... shut down the company..why they all are sit there to collect chindi paisa from the customer..every time they all are saying no detail is found so what i do. they have no reply or not taken any action but when i recharge my number they deducted, what the reason of deduction they also not known or not want to know..they do nothing for the customer only harrased the customer.. so please do necessary action about reliance communication... sweta rathi Was this information helpful? | |||
