Reliance Communication Ltd — Cheated by company and executive | |||
i ahve take the data card from relaince communocation (Data Card No [protected]) ..but same got disconnected after 20 days When I have enquired I came to know docs were not submitted when I have scold the executive he get the same activated . But after 5 days it got disconnected once again and when I have enquired with customer care to my shock they have told me that bill is not paid but i have pad the 6 month advance to the company (cash) as the part of 6 month advance rental scheme and when I have wrote a mail to top management of reliance than they have taken action but still internet with 7kbps speed is not started, I have wrote the mail to top management 4 days and still waiting for resolution My point when I have given the advance why company executive have not submitted the amount ( this is a big question mark on company quality of executive and channel partner) Customer is suffering from last 20 days because of company mess-up Was this information helpful? | |||
