Reliance Communication Ltd — Get the 00 usage after recharging the plan | |||
Dear Sir/Madam I have recharged my mobile [protected] rs156 for 1GB data.but i did not get the data.. than i called to customer care and confirmed the same. The executive name sanjay said that your mobile was recharged with only 100rs.I checked my last recharge with an option available after dialing *333. It was recharged by Rs156. Again i called but every time i had to be on hold for an hour..after 4 days i spoke to one executive and he said that i am sorry do not have the detail of before 3 days. Where i should ask for my money????? which i have recharged.Reliance is very cheap company always deduct the balance with any reason. is there any way to get the money back..
