Reliance Communication Ltd. — instrument of WLL phone is not properly working

Dear Sir, I am using Reliance WLL Land line Phone No.[protected] and it has network signals and operates at only one particular location at my house. The battery is also problematic and gets discharged in few minutes. I have lodged my complaint several times which has not been attended and the instrument is sometimes temporarily seems to be Ok. But I am facing problem of Faulty instrument since more than 3 years.
