Dear team,
I had purchased cdma connection no.[protected] from reliance last year with plan rs.99 (400 calls free every month). But due network issue in cdma, we had raised request in mnp to change from cdma to gsm. After mnp my plan was changed by company from rs.99 to rs.199 (No free call) without my knowledge. I have raised complaint in customer care regarding this issue but they dined to give waiver and also stores refused to raised complaint. Due to billing issue i had not paid bill.
Now my another connection no.[protected] was suspended by company due to billing dispute (No.[protected]). I have called in customer care but again they are not supporting and said you had to pay pending due otherwise your current no. Will be terminate soon.
I want to continue my current no. And want resolved old issue if company give me waiver as per old plan.
