[Resolved]  Reliance Communication Ltd. — Non-addition of Promo Talk time Balance

After rchg Rs35 power, I got confirmation with an offer i.e.Rchg of Rs, 148 I'll get additional talktime of Rs.50 for 7 days validity other than normal benefit of 500 local minutes & 500 R-R local night-minutes. Then I talked with cust-care and the executive confirmed me that offer is true and send me another fresh msg. I've saved both msgs in my mobile. Then I recharged with Rs148 and got normal benefits but addi.TT not received yet though I complained 3 times on 198. SR nos.are i[protected] dt.02/02/2014, ii[protected] dt.04/02/14 and iii[protected] dt.05/02/14.

Two times I talked with 1st and 2nd level authority then third time finally talked with 3rd level authority but result was ZERO(0). So after disappointing from that side I SUDHIR KUMAR, [protected], complaining here.
