[Resolved] Reliance Communication Ltd. — When already 3g, 2g, cdma service is not proper why the hell 4g? | |||||
To the concerned authorities, reliance communication customer care. I mr b c rathore a customer of reliance since 2010 onwards. My cell no [protected]. I was satisfied with the product n services earlier. However other network providers use to call me for the number portability. Still i am strict to reliance network. Sir/mam i just want to mention that where is that passion of slogan "karlo duniya muthie mein". Were these were only words gone with dhirubhai ambani. Does the personalities operating & collecting the revenue does not have any responsibilities to take care of the mission. On 30 may all the existing reliance cdma customers received an sms that "the cdma service will be deactivated from 31st may 2016". So to approach to nearest reliance customer service center etc. I also did as directed, but sorry to say that however earlier cdma was working (Not upto the mark), but now when converted my sim from cdma to 4g gsm, my mobile network is finished/gone/dead, and now my cell is searching for the network whole day showing emergency call/sos only. No incoming or ougoing calls are made from past two days, which is affecting my work. Now my question is to the concerned authorities of reliance communications/technical/management team etc whosoever are responsible for the matter. 1) is this type of behavior acceptable from a "reputed indian branded firm" who is the ideal of communication business across the world? 2) is this type of service stands with the slogan of modiji "achhey din aa gaye"? 3) almost more than half a million indians are using reliance network for communication, when you all were not thoroughly prepared for 4g services? 4) you all (Entire reliance team) shall be thankful to india as you know what shall be the penalties if you all were in any foreign country. 5) i don't know shall i appreciate or **** what to say? That you all are just playing with the sentimental value of poor & innocent indians. 6) personally speaking this is "looting indians by the indians". 7) now i dont know how the customer care executive or related service team personality shall contact all/me when there is no network in my location? But still it is my humble request to the reliance communications customer care/owners/team is to look into the matter & do the needful asap for the betterment of the entire nation.
