[Resolved]  Reliance Communication — No responce

I have booked Internet from Reliance Communication on 14th Jan and I paid 999/- rupees by check to Reliance executive who visited my home. he given receipt to me which I produced with it and till today no body respond to my call and till today no DONGAL received from RELIANCE group I don't want that connection I want my amount back and apply heavy penlty to this type of activity.
