Reliance Communication — Regardarding Data Laps

I did Recharge of 850 on 13/01/2014 this is unlimited Data Pack plan but after Few days my all Data has been laps then i complaint against the Data Laps to reliance customer care after 3 days they solved the problem but again on 3/02/2014 i faced same data laps problem again i complaint regarding the same but till yet i have not received any solution from reliance in this duration i have lost 7 days without net i want kindly take a strong Action Agains reliance they Chit to customers.
