Reliance 3g internet connectivity problem from last 120 days All day 24 hrs clock wise running problem. We toke customer care many times but no solutions from company side. Always Customer care person told sir our network upgradation in proses so your 3g Connectivity problem slove in 6 to 8 hrs. But problem not slove only customer r wait & watch for solving problem & west all customer is valuable money & valuable time for using Reliance services. I am not understand which type of network upgradation in proses for approx 120 Days long time. All 3 g data recharge r 28 to 30 days validity after validity all balance data R zero. So why i am pay 3g data service charge without use of reliance Problematic data services. I am also request to reliance communication please refund all my 3g data Recharge payment in all my 4 - reliance mobile numbers. I also email my problem to 1 - [protected]@relianceada.Com 2 - rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.Com 3 - rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.Com But this all side r same talking sir our network upgradation in proses so your 3g connectivity problem slove in 6 to 8 hrs.
