Reliance Communication — Rs 101 deducted and no benefits or balance received

I recharge my mobile with rs"101" through instant rechrge from  http://www.Rcom.Co.In site.
 i got msg from 52811 recharge was successfull  and a reciept and amount of rs 101 debit from my account .
But the benifit of the recharge not recieved,
Than i contacted to custor care they saidbthey cannot refund the money, also i mailed to there customer no reply i got till now.
 
 please find the detail info about the same

Which conversation you are talking about.your customer service @198 don`t even know what is internet setting, and sort of things.you supposed that i am satisfied with them.
I have mailed you regarding the same if you insist i can forward it to you again, the only reply in it" we are looking in this issue".
I request you please look into this again if you need more information let me know
