Dear Person concerned, On 28/08/2015 two deduction occured from my account for VAS activation of Rs. 10 and Rs. 5 respectively. Please waive the charge. This kind of deduction is happening from last few months. I am requesting you to stop these asap otherwise i have to go to TRAI with all complaints i submitted on your portal as well as on mails.
