[Resolved] Reliance Communications — 21 rs deducted in the name of VAS ( not subscribed- fraud) 3 times | |||
My number is [protected] . I received a message " You have been successfully subscribed to BWOODMANIASUB21 service for 7 days." And the money was deducted from talk time balance. However, i had not requested for any such subscription nor i was asked by the company to activate such service on my phone. Hence this is one kind of fraud with the customer. Then i called customer care to stop this ... They told to send STOP to 121 i did it and they also stoped directly frm their side 3 times i lost 21 rs .. This is nothing but cheating . Dont spoil your name by doing this .Pls revert my money back Pls solve my complaint. And restore my balance and never add any VAS . Was this information helpful? | |||

My number is [protected] this is third time I got fraud massage from your company which directly says You have been successfully subscribed to BoxOffice service for 7 days.To un-subscribe SMS Unsub 2674 to 155223(Toll Free).
I mean what the hell is wrong with you guys I appreciate your service for good plans but this is just too much. Please look on this problem and please if possible solve it and return my money. No you guys just solve this problem I'll be happy with that
