Reliance Communications. — 30 Rs deducted from my Reliance GSM

Dear Sir, I, Mr, Avirup Ray, yesterday got a message saying "Amount charged for VAS jumpgames GSM Rs 30.00" on 16/11/2013 at 6.34 pm. My mobile number is [protected]. I am from Pune. I did not ask or even went into the services. So there is no chance for this deduction. this is an embarassing situation from Reliance. Please refund my money as soon as possible and make sure from future no such incidents occur. When i called at 155223 they say no VAS pack is ongoing ? What is the situation. You are deducting the hard earned money of people just like that.
