I have contacted customer care through 198 and opened up two tickets with them no. are[protected] and[protected] they have replied through SMS that these tickets have been taken care of but my problem is still not solved, im getting speeds worst than 2G like 8 Kbps. I need you to please look into this problem seriously as my validity period of the Pack will expire soon, due to this im not able to use the service which i have paid for in full. This is highly Unacceptable and some of your customer care executives even didn't attend to my call properly as they just simply told me that you were facing some technical issues / Network upgrade and hanged up the phone instead of explaining when the problem will be resolved on your end etc in detail. I want you to call me, explain the issue and as this problem is through your and i want my pack validity to be increased as a compensation of bad service. [protected][protected][protected][protected] Today i was hoping that as they said in the mail that my issue will be resolved, but its not the speed are the same capped to 4~5 kbps. I want them to compensate this with increasing my validity of the pack because i didn't use the service i paid in full. Its been now about two weeks im trying every thing so that i can use the service but no hope. i very disappointed with reliance they just say big things but never provide them. i want you to take a note that they have even blocked my access to 198 (tollfree) as i try to connect with the customer care executive the computer responds and disconnects the call. I want full compensation i terms of validity or refund the recharge amount. I have added screenshots of the recharge confirmation and speedtest result of today please have a look. I hope that they will take decision in favor of the customer. Thanks
