[Resolved] Reliance Communications — 3g data card WiFi broadband | |||||
Data card no. [protected]. Marketed and distributed by M/s. Adrem associates, chennai on 19.09.15. They said 14.7 Mbps speed with 40gp/m. But the speed was only 40kbps only. Made compliant in customer care on 21.9.15 and 23.9.15 vide compliant no.[protected] and[protected] respectively. Through mail also made compliant thrice. Met their officer Mr. Jain shaley at Chennai office with compliant. Made compliant to appellate authority vide compliant no.[protected]. They barred my data card usage, since the speed is very low. They said, their technical person will visit the place and check the speed and report us. Based on that, they will take action. But so far no one is turned up. Only once, one person says himself as technician called over phone and enquired about the issue. He said he cannot do anything, since card usage is barred. But I am getting monthly bill, since the data card is not deactivated. Actually they sold the product, 15 days return condition, if it is not satisfied about the speed. I made a compliant in two days. I am requesting my money which I paid Rs.1200/- and asking them take back the data card. But reliance saying, since the dealership sold the product and took the commission. So you contact the dealer for your money. But dealer saying, we paid data card price to reliance. So they have to take decision. Finally I came to understand, reliance and their dealers selling there product to non signal areas too and cheating customers. This way they are making me run for my money. Also raising bill for non using data card and collection agency's calling and disturbing for payment.
