Hello, I am Deepak Agrawal. I recharged my no. [protected] with 492 rupees for 4GB 3G data plan on 16 november 2013. But instead of 4GB, I got only 2GB data. I tried customer care service lot of times but they avoided notig complaint and always said that the server is down. When I used to recharge with 123 rs for 1GB they always gave me 500MB and neglected all the complaints. 492 is big money for me and I request you to provide me my remaining 2GB data with validity.
