[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — 3g dongle not working from last 1.5 months, but reliance charge the bill

My 3G CDMA dongle No. [protected], not working from last 1.5 months, but Reliance charge the bill. When I have asked customer care they told me you have used the data. When there was no network how I can used the Data.

I want that Reliance should not charge the bill.
At this moment also 3G dongle not working.

Please help on this regards.
