Reliance Communications — 3G services always interrupted

I am from Rayagada Dist, Odisha PIN-765001, Under main town area only 3g tower is there but maximum times network becomes EDGE/GPRS, whereas we recharge the 3g pack but we can't avail the facility of 3g . So please do the necessary arrangements, so people are not to be frustrated.
