[Resolved] Reliance Communications — 3G speed issue not resolved after too many complaints | |||
Hello all, I am reliance customer ([protected], Rajsthan )from past 2.5 months from the First day i am facing 3G speed issue at my home location. I made lots of complaint on customer care (198) and APPELLATE AUTHORITY too but my problem is not resolved yet. Your Technical team ask me to come and check problem at my home location but no body come to see and check problem. Both platform promised me to resolve the issue but the always closed my complaints not resolved. My Complaints Number Yet: 1.[protected] 2.[protected] 3.[protected] 4.[protected] 5.[protected] 6.[protected] 7.[protected] 8.[protected] 9.[protected] And you have worst customer care executives then don't know how to talk and how understand complaints and customer problem. Customer care executive behave as like radio, only speak don't want to listen customer. so if you guys can help me to resolve my 3G speed then its better. Otherwise either i have to take any legal action against you . Or let me know to refund my all money which i have paid to you. please treat this email as legal document.
