Dear sir/madam, Reference to bill no :[protected] dated 11 aug 2016, for number [protected] bill charges are not as discussed & informed as while doing switch over to 4 g it was clearly told to me that, your billing plan will remain same there will not be any changes for uses & charges, but bill generated by you is not matching with that, when called customer care, your executive has give vague answers.
