[Resolved] Reliance Communications — 4G | |||
I am unable to use my data ([protected])connection for the past 3 months. I have called up customer care at least 5 times. I was told that my bill is pending. I clearly told that I will not pay since my connection was not working for all these months. I was told that bill waiver request is generated & will be resolved in 24 hours every time I called the Toll free no.. The first 4 times I called (with a gap of 10 - 15 days) I got the same answer. Fifth time I called I was told no waiver request was generated till date & it is being generated for the first time and she gave a number[protected]. The last was made around 10 days back till now I have no information. I also visited a Reliance mobile store, they were helpless and asked to call Toll no. In between I had send a mail for which there was no response. Mail attached below. The saddest part of the whole issue is that no one bothered from Reliance about the complaint. I got the 4G card & bought WIFI equipment paying Rs1500/-. I couldn't use it event once.
