[Resolved] Reliance Communications — 4G Data Card services | |||||
I have recently upgraded to 4g from cdma. I paid all my bill and there is no due. But still they kept my account number [protected] in barred status. I contacted them since 2 weeks but no response. I have created below service requests[protected]Closed without resolution) and [protected]. But still no response from anyone. I tried calling customer care number[protected] but no option to talk to customer representatives. I used live chat options and asked them to escalate. Two people sheetal and asish chatted with me. But still there is no progress. I am paying bill on time and there is no due bill or single rupee also but still they kept my account in barred status. I didnt used their services since 3 months (Because they disconnected cdma services without prior info) but paying bill regularly. I recently upgraded to 4g on 20th aug and since then i am trying to connect but its not connecting me to 4g and following up with them but still no response. Worst ever service i faced in my life. No service provider will do this to their customers who existed since 5 years except reliance. I am veryyyyyyyy frustrated, disappointed and cant express my impatience. Please help me. Again today is 31st without using any data i am going to pay another 600rs which i am doing since 3 months which is a waste of money for me. Was this information helpful? | |||||

They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY
Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .
