[Resolved] Reliance Communications — 4G Outgoing call/sms is not working | |||
Reliance Communications offered free 4g sim. As soon as i have activated the same Outgoing call/sms stopped working. I have called custome care so many times. But only got one reply that their engineer is working on that, issue will be reloved very soon. Now it has been almost 10 days and the issue has not been resolved. I am now tired of calling customer care. I am not able to even port my number as my outgoing service is not working.If they are not able to provide service then why they offered 4g sim? And how come such a big company takes so many days to resolve network issue? Was this information helpful? | |||
