Reliance Communications — 4g services

I have 4g broadband connection with reliance for more than 5 years. Details are as follows:

The services are not working and i have been trying to contact theeir customer care center at the numbers given in the bill and website. None of the numbers are working. I have sent an email to terminate the connection. No response to emails either. I have tried to visit local stroes in hyderabad which are all closed.

You have been sending bills to my mail id ([protected]@yahoo.co.in) every month. I have paid the bills till jul-18. I want this connection to be terminated with immediate effect.
