Reliance number My number : [protected] Friend's number : [protected] This complaint is on behalf of me and my friend who are reliance data card users since the last 4 years. We were asked to buy 4g modem against our will, as they said the 3g cdma services were coming to an end. We agreed to buy, after they promised that our 3g plans would remain the same after the upgrade to 4g as well. 1 month after upgrade i realized my plan has reduced from 40gb (Fup) unlimited to 25gb (Fup) unlimited and my friend's plan has changed from 40gb (Fup) unlimited to 3 gb plan. We were on a decision to terminate the connection. But they promised to give us better speed connectivity along with the same data usage plan, made us buy the new wifi modem device, then has reduced our plans after purchase. The worst thing is they answer so impolitely and like they are not responsible in the customer care. The toll free number has been blocked for some reason and we had to wait on queue to get the call connected to the paid customer care number and would lose 40 to 50₹ every time. We feel cheated. Talked to the customer care many time since last 3 months. Every time we call, they kept the call on hold for more than 2 min and is making our call disconnected by making us lose our balance. We lost time and money by calling their customer service but ended up in nothing. We have to deal with lots of stress because of these issues for the past 3 months at least. We want our plan back (40gb fup unlimited for me and my friend). Or, if they are going to not hear our complaint, we want the money we spent on the modem back, the 2 months of bill we paid without even using their data expecting we would get the same plan back and the hundreds and thousands of money we spent calling their useless customer service Was this information helpful? | |||||
