Sir/madam

i using reliance postpaid sim [protected] this sim lost November so i inform to reliance customer care blocked request in November month .but company not response. not blocking i calling sometimes in customer service not response but company very month bill generator .i very low class family but first time sim getting deposit amount 300 rs pay now call sometime dis-taping so please help . please solve this problem
