I am hereby writing this mail with a disappointment with the service of Reliance Customer care, I had raised the complaint on 2nd of Feb'15 to block the data card since i had lost the same, The service was accepted as per the caller, and till date even the data usage is Zero for the no mentioned
The trail information/Bill has been sent to me on 6th Mar'15, i was shocked by seeing the same & spoke to one of your customer care executive immediately asking how can they send the bill for the blocked number, Later came to know that the number was never blocked & placed a request to block again & conveyed my grievance to her, She immediately checked the status of the no and said that there was a zero usage for the period and gave a discount of Rs.200, Still i was not convinced on the same and asked her to lay off the amount but it was not in her purview.
So i am hereby requesting you to lay off the below amount by checking pre recorded voice call on 2nd feb'15, Waiting for your response ASAP .
Again shocked to see, that the bill has been generated for the month of Mar'15 also,
Complaints nos are as follows given by your customer care executive[protected],[protected],[protected] and Nobody have reverted on the same & the complaints is closed without any information to me which is really disappointing
Over and above i am getting a call from Reliance collection centre 'N' no of times to pay the bill without knowing what is happening
