Activated plan data89 on 2nd november, i was supposed to get fresh 1gb data after 12am, but was not the case as promised. Are you waiting for the residual data of 2nd november to get over and start deducting from the main balance? Tried calling customer service, but calls could not go through beyond ivr. Resolve the issue & stop fooling your customers. Seen people complaining about the same repeatedly, still you're not mending ways.
