Reliance Communications — About mobile recharge (amount deducted but not recharged)

Did a recharge using MyJio app for [protected] (rs. 301) on 29 July 2022 at 07:14 am. Amount deducted via amazon UPI successfully but neither mobile recharged nor showing it in app history. Contacted amazon for which they told that you have to get refund from Jio services but Jio customer service even denied of any such transaction.
