Hii this is poornanand sai i am talking from visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh, visakhapatnam, india.Before last week of 11 march 2017 i got a executive girl call from reliance office and she asked me if you want to change your no in reliance i told to here 'ya i want my no into reliance after 30 min one agent was came and take the proofs and he kept the portal and he had taken the unqiue id no an he went off . After so many days i went to main office and i was told some agent was came to me and take the proof and i was told all the stuff to the head officer and he has a new sim but it was not working

Hi team,

I am using the Reliance prepaid mobile # [protected] and got frustrated due to frequently the service provider activating the caller tune without permission and request and charge it from main balance.

Also no proper response are giving through customer care.

I have no other choice other than surrendering the mobile no.
