Reliance Communications — about security amount and advance rent paid for postpaid number | |||
Hi, I have my number ported in reliance communication 5 months back at reliance store at lucknow. They told me about advance rental plan which i found feasible as per my usages. I have taken rs 499/- advance rental plan and paid that amount in my first bill. They have also taken rs 300/- as security deposit. Which they told that it will be deducted every month at rs 100/- per month from second bill onwards. Which did not happen as they again clarify that security amount will be refunded from 6th bill onwards at rs 100/- per month. Now all of a sudden rcom terminated their services and creating issues in network. This number, i am using for last 7 years and its important to me thats why i have ported it to other operator which rcom allowed to port. But neither from any of their reliance store or any official communication has been given to me about my money (Security and advance rental). I have paid all dues till date billed by company. But as per the calculation rs 499/+ st and rs 300/- of security deposit should be refunded to me. Please help me to contact any officials of rcom who can give any communication to me as all of their customer care numbers are not operational.
