[Resolved] Reliance Communications — About wrong billing | |||
Sir/Madam, I have a postpaid no with reliance name of akhilesh verma from starting i was not use any internet with my mobile, when i have free 50 mb data. On last month i have used internet with my mobile 17.81 mb only, balance is 32.19 mb discounted, but in my bill from your side you are charged 145.92 Rs.? what is this when i already have discounted internet data so why you charged in my bill? what is the problem? if you are not give proper services, then i am port this no with other mobile service provider.
