Reliance Communications — activated advance plan without confirmation & discontinued services. | |||||
I requested for number porting, so got call from customer care and she insisted to continue with reliance and assure that they will resolve network problem and in same plan they will provide add on 4g service. But now they are asking for 4 month advance and worst case they discontinued outgoing services. I have called customer care and ask them for reason they just keep my call on hold and disconnect after 45 minutes. It's happens 5 times. I don't want to continue with reliance as advance rental services but they are forcing to pay advance for which i have not user services yet. It is purely harassment. Register complaint on Social Media site & Got call from social media team they said visit to your nearest store and change your plan from advance rental (which is activated by RCOM team without any intimations) to Normal Monthly rental and also they will reimbursed wrong billed amount. So visited store and they refuse to do the same replying it is done by customer care team then please contact again to customer care Only. It's just like you're passing ball from one to another in between customer is getting suffered. Was this information helpful? | |||||
