Dear sir due to some circumstances i had accident4 months back that's why no communication with mobile phone when i receive call from your customer care i pay my dues but they did not activate my number they told me we do not activate your postpaid number my this no is 10 years old all my customer call on this number, please activate my no in prepaid either please port my number in mtnl.
