[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Activation of isd facility without our request | |||
Reliance is notorious in activating services without customer's request and charging them silently. This is absolutely looting us. I have suffered thrice already and recently (on-Sep-2016) got a similar issue. I got an SMS stating my "ISD facility has been activated upon my request". I tried to call the customer care guys to update the issue. Unfortunately they have removed the option to talk to people. The damn machine recorded voice throwing options (which are mostly useless for a customer) without any one to talk to the customer care guy. I have got similar issue on the same day to my cousin's number. So, it is the evidence that it is purely an intentionally created trouble. I have the following experience and frustrations which I want to share. 1. They have removed the option to talk to a customer care executive. 2. They don't have any option to get the complaint number etc., as a proof that we have raised our issue. 3. After they have moved from CDMA to the GSM, the coverage issues, call drop issues have raised tremendously and reliance is simply don't care to deal with these things. 4. Reliance is now in competition with BSNL in providing substandard services and no customer care at all. 5. Am seriously thinking about leaving from Reliance network.
