I was deactivated the NDTVPLAYSUB21 pack on 28th sep2016. But after they(rcom) debited Rs.14 from my account for the deactivated NDTVPLAYSUB on 3rd oct2016. I spoke with Customer Care on 5th oct2016 they won't response and they won't refund my amount.

Who lied to all there customers for their 4G Wipod launch with numerous calls stating
existing plans won't change
10 GB free data for first month
Rs. 899 cost of wipod would be adjusted over 3 month
Post which they changed plan without customer signoff, billed clients on plans unauthorized by customers.
Who closed customer care so customers could not reach them to discuss this issue nor close their accounts.
Against whom victims have filed petition with Dot Trai...and yet they shamelessly continue to be unreasonable.
Who are fine to loose clients but want their fraud billed monies.
We the consumers/victims are not fools to appreciate your fraud as an operator we condemn your dirty actions.
As a service provider you were expected to be transparent on your plans/cost before inducing customers to buy Wipods, your telecallers were not meant to blatantly lie on calls.
By this notice I call upon you to refund the amount of excess paid, details have been emailed to your appellate, collection team is copied, within 3 days from the date of receipt of this notice. To avoid any legal actions in near future request you to clear the dues.

I visited the store where I submitted my the KYC docs, but they asked me to apply fresh, as they lost the docs. Applied fresh on 26th Sept, but no SMSs yet. Do something!
